Water seepage behind one wall.
A representative came out in February, 2021. After the details of the job were explained, the soonest work date was in September, 2021. This late date made things more difficult, as I had to indefinitely postpone additional work with a basement-entertainment company.

To let others know about them.
A Salesman came in to the house with no mask in the middle of a pandemic, my husband and I are older and disabled. He didn't seem to care about getting us sick. I asked about cost 3 times. He kept talking about what they do. We were already had known about waterproofing. They way seems a little farfetched.

Unreasonable contract
Complete waste of time. First off my house has been standing since 1959 with no flooding or mold issues our basement is just stuffy and humid the Salesmen tried to make us think our Basement is in horrible condition " your walls are going to fall in if you don't get this fixed" it was one crack in the mortar joint of the concrete blocks been there for years. Similar to other high pressure home improvement companies selling Windows, Foam Insulation, Siding, Guttering It's a package deal whether you need it fix it or not example one service in the package is installing a new Sump Pump which I don't need mine works fine. They want you to sign contract on the spot and they'll give you special pricing which we all know is bull. My mistake is I did not do enough research before having them at my home. Oh, and the quote was for $23,000 double what a real contractor not a franchise would charge.

Solution to flooding basement
In March 2019, I contracted with EverDry to waterproof my basement. I had four incidents of flooding in my basement following completion of the project. In October 2019, my basement flooded. About one month later, EverDry sent a repairman to fix the problem. Water has not come into the basement through the area he repaired since then. However, in a recent heavy rain, water entered the basement in a totally different, flowing in faster than I could vacuum it with a power vac. The next day, EverDry sent another repairman who repaired the area.
